Mint Health

Terms of Service

Effective date: August 20, 2026 · Version: terms-2026-08-20

These Terms apply to your use of Mint Health in the Philippines. They are written in English, which controls if a future convenience translation conflicts with these Terms.

1. Eligibility and authorised uploads

You may use Mint Health only if you are at least 18 years old. Mint Health does not support child profiles, including profiles created by a parent or guardian. You may upload only your own documents or documents you are legally authorised to submit, and you remain responsible for confirming that authority for each upload.

2. Important health and emergency limitations

Mint Health is an AI information and organisation service. It is not a doctor, clinic, emergency service, medical-device diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. AI can make mistakes. Verify important medical decisions with a qualified professional. Mint Health does not continuously monitor messages, provide human emergency monitoring, dispatch emergency help, or contact local emergency services for you. If you think you have an emergency or urgent symptoms, contact local emergency services or seek urgent in-person care.

The service may provide useful low-risk guidance and general treatment education. It does not promise diagnosis certainty, prescription selection, personalised dosing, or independent alteration of a clinician's treatment plan.

3. Your account and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, submit material you are not authorised to provide, interfere with the service or its security, attempt to access another account, introduce malicious code, scrape or abuse the service, or use it to create a medical emergency response or diagnosis service. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

4. Profile Updates and paid capacity

A Profile Update may accept one to three documents and can add the question capacity shown at purchase. The first eligible Profile Update may be free; later Profile Updates and any included questions are offered on the terms shown at checkout. Mint Health may set document limits and question allowances, and a completed purchase does not guarantee a clinical, analytical, diagnostic, or other particular result.

5. Subscriptions, price, and cancellation

If you buy a subscription, the checkout page will clearly show its total price, currency, taxes where applicable, payment method, monthly auto-renewal, included questions and Profile Updates, and the current paid period. The payment processor handles the transaction. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel through the service or the payment method we make available; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and paid capacity remains available through that period. If a payment fails, we may retry it, suspend paid access, or end the subscription after reasonable notice where appropriate.

6. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks

Consumed digital capacity is generally non-refundable. We will review requests for duplicate or erroneous charges and paid functionality that was unavailable, and we will honour any refund or consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Contact support@minthealth.me before opening a payment dispute when possible, so we can investigate. A payment dispute or chargeback may result in suspension while it is reviewed, without limiting any rights you have under law.

7. Availability, changes, and termination

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, comply with law, or operate the service. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes where practical. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, processor outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time, subject to records we may lawfully retain.

8. Intellectual property and your content

Mint Health and its software, design, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Mint Health a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the service to you. We do not sell health data, use it for advertising, or use your documents, health-profile content, chat content, or AI responses to train AI models.

9. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free, clinically accurate, or fit-for-every-purpose results. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including mandatory consumer rights, or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Complaints, governing terms, and changes

Please send complaints or support requests to support@minthealth.me. We will try to resolve them directly and will provide information about available out-of-court dispute resolution where applicable. These Terms are governed by applicable Philippine law, without taking away mandatory protections that apply to you. We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date and version; material paid-term changes will receive notice and, where required, new affirmative acceptance.

Privacy and health-data processing are described in the Privacy Policy, including the Health Data and AI Processing Notice (version health-2026-08-20).
