Advertising measurement

Version: meta-source-2026-09-21

For new registrations reached through a link marked as Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network, Messenger, Threads or Meta, Mint Health uses limited registration information to measure advertising. There is no separate advertising checkbox in the registration form. You can turn off this measurement below after signing in; doing so does not affect your account or access to Mint Health.

After you complete registration, Mint Health sends Meta the fact and time of completion, a random event identifier, your IP address and browser user agent, and Meta advertising click or browser identifiers when available. Direct visits and links marked with other sources do not qualify. A source label identifies the link's attribution; it is not proof of consent or of a paid ad click.

We do not include your email, health profile, symptoms, medical documents, conversation content, or sign-in and verification tokens in this event. The destination is Meta's Conversions API. Meta processes the information under its own policies, which may involve processing outside your country.

Advertising identifiers are removed from our registration delivery record after successful delivery, a terminal failure, withdrawal, or expiry. Undelivered context is retained for at most seven days after signup or registration completion, subject to the cleanup schedule. After successful delivery, only the platform name is retained for source reporting until the same seven-day expiry, or earlier withdrawal or account exclusion. A minimal registration, consent and delivery record remains while your account exists. Account deletion removes this record.

You may withdraw below after signing in, or contact privacy@minthealth.me. Withdrawal stops pending registration delivery and clears identifiers we hold for it. It cannot undo an event already sent to Meta. See our Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.
